Subsequently, ALTEC collaborated with ESA and CNES (the French Space Agency) to supply bonus food for French astronaut Thomas Pesquet, who conducted the “Proxima” mission from November 2016 to June 2017. In this case, the recipes were typical of French cuisine and were shared by the astronaut with his colleagues on board.
